3:30 pm I just got a call that he made it to Chicago after 2 flight delays today! He is boarding the bus to Boot Camp as I type! It is for real now. He is very excited.

Well, it was I, Dad, who got the phone call because someone's phone was on silent mode- ;)
Anyway, I'm so glad to hear Patrick is active doing the thing he has been dreaming about for so long. My only regret is I can't be there to watch him 'fly' in his new adventures... I wish to go on record now saying, "I can't wait to read the book!"
